As a matter of fact, I was from the past. And not only in the sense that we are all from the past, but the real time-travelling, learning new things and trying to keep up while not being exposed as a time traveler kind of person. All this Software talk caught me a bit off guard, I remembered biology – I was a biology professor, after all – and the soft tissues and got a bit nostalgic. It is normal to feel nostalgia of the past, independent on when the said past took place.

They have also taught me what Software was: it is the similar to a toolbox you use when you have to repair the ladder and the like. Except that you make programs (which are real only in some sense) rather than ladders. And the toolbox itself is real only in some sense. It sound confusing, but at the moment I was pretending to be a chief executive of a certain company and talking with other executives I understood that I was not the only one who did not know what Email Marketing Software actually was.
